A Wave From It All was our most recent purchase. We lovingly refer to it as the “Pandemic Project” as it was bought right after the United State shut down due to Covid. We somewhat bought it site unseen and the back story on the previous owner is pretty crazy! The house is a three bedroom/two-bathroom house with shared laundry space with the owners suite. We completely remodeled the house and it is now ready for weekly or monthly rentals! It’s located in South East Cape Coral and has canal/gulf access along with a heated pool. The pool is always private to the renters however dock space and laundry facilities are shared with the sometimes on-site owner.
